Have you recently upgraded your OS and your TMO my faves are gone?

The solution is simple, login to mytmobile.com and edit any of your faves, then save them, the my faves icon will be resent to your phone.

Thanks for the tip!! You are a lifesaver! I just upgraded last night on my Pearl and I couldn't figure out how to get My Favs back. I was extremely frustrated. Thanks again!!

I have a problem that is similar. I am only missing one fave. I changed it online and still nothing. Any suggestions?

another SIMPLER solution is just to get another SIM card from someone elso who also has T-Mobile and put it in your phone, then My Faves will appear and swith your SIM again and My Faves will still be there
