Hey everyone,
Ive tried to load the desktop software that came with my Pearl severel times but I keep getting an error at the end that mentions something about Roxy. It even deleted my cd drive from my laptop once. Im running vista. Dont know if thats an issue or not. Can anyone help.

If you are also running iTunes that also can delete your optical drives. Happened to me 6 times so far.

I would not use the one on the CD, go to Verizon's site and download the 4.2 version.... there have been numerous problems with 4.3... And when you install it you might have to run as administrator....
