My computer crashed. IT reinstalled DM and OS on new computer. Now, DM constantly says Disconnected --- no PIN number is registered and I cannot get anything to synch --- either by wireless or USB.
when I have usb connection troubles, which is a lot more often than not, I can usually resolve it by plugging into a different usb port. maybe that will "wake it up" for you.
