So i lost my cd to install desktop manager onto my computer for my blackberry. Downloaded the newest desktop manager and it isnt recognizing my blackberry for some odd reason. Any tips/help/advice??
I am having a similar problem. I can only get it to recognize the device after removing / reinstalling the battery. When it restarts it gets recognized.
No one here has been able to offer an explanation as yet.
