what is the ctrl+alt+del for a blackberry pearl 8100? and also when i put my pearl on the "Loud" profile it rings silently. How do I fix this?
The only way to reset is the remove the battery while the BlackBerry is on. You can also download a program here that accomplishes the same thing. It's called SoftReset.
To change the ringer, go to profiles, scroll down to "advanced," highlight the "Loud" ringer, and push the menu button. Choose "edit," and you can change all the ringers from there. Make sure to hit "save" when you exit.
