I am very new to the bb thing. I dont know what I did to my bb but now when I try to find a contact by typing the 1st couple letter of their name nothing shows up.
I used to be able to just hit the "i" button and my house phone number would show up........now nothing shows up.
What did I do to it? Can you helpme?

I'm not quite sure what you're describing, but two possibilities come to mind. You may have had Dial From Home Screen enabled. Go to Green Phone Button / Options / General Options / Dial From Home Screen and select enabled. The other possibility, if you can't find your contacts at all, is that you've filtered your contacts. In the Address Book, press Menu and select Filters. Ensure that no boxes are checked.
