I have noticed that I need to do a hard reset (remove battery -> reinstall) one to two times a week. The reason I need to, is that I stop receiving all data at random times, and it will not resume unless I do the hard reset. Full power off and on does not work.

I'm assuming you are talking about a 8130. Your profile says 8830.
There are memory issues with the 8130.
Do a search for memory.

Yes 8130 forgot to update profile... Thanks for the reply, I also noticed when this occurs it kills the battery.
