ive tried everything to get this color ball thing. It wont seem to download on my phone so i downloaded it on my comp and when i try to add it to my phone it says "nothing on this application is found for your device" ive tried deleting it and trying different downloads even blingball but they all say the same PLEASE HELP!!

i downloaded it and it took an hour and i restarted my computer and it still says the same thing??

yes and when i try to transfer it is still has that message

Okay, in desktop manager, click on Help > About > device software. Do you see the OS for the 8100 listed?

I suspect you didn't download/install the correct software. If you see nothing listed, then you do not have the OS installed. Perhaps you installed device manager instead of device software. You need to download, and install the device software operating system for an alltel 8100.

when i go to download the software it asks me to pick my device and they only have the pearl 8100 8110 and 8120 i have 8130...

You should also fix your profile to say you have an 8130, not an 8100.

The software will NOT work for the Pearl 8130 -- you will have to use an alternate method. Check on YouTube and search for it -- there are a few videos on it.

I just changed the color of my trackball, but I used a small piece of Scotch tape over the LED, and then I took a blue Sharpie and colored it. It took a couple of minutes to do, and it's very easy if you follow the instructions and take your time.

The software only works for 8100...I believe the 8120 and 8130 dont have the additional LEDs that this program uses.

yeah only works on 8100...color pearl and blingball the 8130 dont have multi lights
