u know how when u hold it (button to the left of the SYM button) to use caps or numbers, well sometimes for some reason that icon stays and i can't get rid of it, it's a pain when am trying to txt and i have to deal with the caps being on full time , i tried turning my phone on and off a few times and nothing ? so bout a day or so after it comes off but sure enough it came back?

I'm not quite sure I know what you're talking about..the button to the left of the SYM is ALT..you shouldn't be using that button to do caps..just numbers and a few of the symbols..

all u gotta do is take your battery out, and put it back in. solves most blackberry problems.

Pressing the LEFT ALT, will turn 'off' the alt key you have in the upper right corner of the screen...
