    When i click the aplication loader for my blackberry it says i need to install wizard so i click next but it only loads about 1/4 of the way and just stops ive waited about 2 hours and nothing has happened so please help

    Completely uninstall Desktop Manager, restart the PC, then reload Desktop Manager. AppLoader is part of Desktop Manager.
