    Go into Personal Email Setup on your phone and this will redirect you to the BIS site for Verizon. From there you will see an option to resend service books.

    go to options > advanced options > host routing table , hit menu key and select register now. You should receive a message, when you do go to your carriers BIS webpage on your pc and resend service books.

    If this does not work give your carrier a call as there is clearly something wrong with the provisioning of your account.
