Can't change text message ringtone... profile button not working properly?

So, I've been trying to figure out how to change my text message ringtone, and it's been the hardest thing. I looked it up and you're supposed to go to "profiles" and then "advanced," but... my phone doesn't seem to give me the option to go to "advanced" on "profiles"...
Has anyone else had this problem?
Or am I just missing something really simple?
(I go onto the "profile" button and I click the berries/menu button and the only options I get are "move," "hide," "show all," "add folder," and "switch application.")
And when I go to the ringtones themselves I only see an option to make it my ringtone for calls but not for text messages.
Is there perhaps another way to set the text message ringtone?

I have a BlackBerry Pearl 8130 btw.

When you open the profiles, and the list of different ones is present, scroll down with your trackball to the bottom past off and you will see Advanced. Then highlight the profile you wish to change, press the menu key and select edit.
