I am about to change from my BB pearl 8130 to the flip 8230...will the Verizon store be able to transfer my saved sms messages to the new phone?

Download & Install BB Desktop Manager, go to Backup & Restore to save a backup of your 8130. After you get your 8230, go back into the BB Desktop Manager, go into Backup & Restore, but choose Advanced. You can choose your backup file on the Computer databases side, find your SMS messages and click the >> arrows to move them to the new device.
