HI all, I am new to Blackberry's and I have to start off by saying I think it might be a bit too much phone for me. I am so confused by it. I am trying to add a contact to the messenger but I don't seem to be getting the options that the manual says I should see. If I click on either "use once" or try to click on an address already in the address book I only have the option that say "send to messenger" (no send by PIN or email) I try to click on that and I get "select a contact" and it says "EMPTY" and then all I can do is cancel. I hope I explained that well, can anyone help please?
Go to BlackBerry Pin Messenger, menu \ add contact \ scroll to the top \ menu again \ you now have two choices, add via email or pin number. Pin number is the best option.
Do you have the persons pin number that you want to add?
