Hello and thanks for your time.

I have a Blackberry Pearl 8100 with AT&T and I upgraded it to the latest OS. It has become so slow after that and freezes quite often.

Is there a way I can reverse the OS install and bring my 8100 back to the older version of the OS? Will anyone in this forum be able to help me with this? I will greatly appreciate the help.

yes you can. if you were on say 4.5 right now and want to go back to 4.2 then redownload the 4.2 os. and delete the other os from your computer (4.5 or whatever your on) then go to loader directly instead of using desktop manager to reload the os. to get to the loader (may be different on your computer) go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader and click the loader .exe
