Hi - Relatively new to the BlackBerry world and I am having 2 problems.

1.) For some reason my camera zoom is not working properly. When I open the camera function, I just have the plus sign (+) on top of the camera icon and no minus sign (-). When I move the track ball, the camera does not zoom in or out.

2.) Whenever I send SMS messages to someone the "sent" message sits in my message box briefly with a check mark next to it - then, for some reason, it vanishes after a few minutes and I can no longer see the message that I sent Why? Is that normal?

I would try obvious fixes first: pull your battery out while your phone is still on, let it stay off for about 30 second and than out batterry in.
Resend your service books when your phone turns on.

Done - all cured thanks! Gotta love it when the simple fixes work. One note, though - how does one resend their service books?

Service book needs to be resend from your BIS account on tmobile website.
