Help! I have a BB pearl 8130 that I use for work and have linked to my personal address book in Lotus Notes (company email). When someone calls that is in this work address book, it only shows the callers phone number and their name does not appear. However, after the call ends, the callers name DOES appear in the call log. Any ideas on how to fix this so that I know who's calling?? Thanks in advance for any help!
Check your security settings. You may have the Address Book included in your Content Protection. Options / Security Options / General Settings / Content Protection: Enabled / Include Address Book: No.
