I know this has been posted many times, but I don't have time to go find a thread like this, so if someone could just help me out here Every week my call log/some messages get deleted off my phone. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thank you.

Quite likely to be low memory . You can check your free memory by going to Options> Status

Low memory is probably the culprit. Unless you have 12,000,000 file free bytes, you are low on memory. Your BB is designed to delete logs & messages to free up memory to continue to operate.
