Help! i dont know what my phone is doing...
ive had my bb for about 6 months and its been great up til the other day. my sms and call logs have disappeared. i fixed that.. but later on that day i noticed that when i have missed or received calls it appears in both my sms inbox mixed in with messages, and in my call log.

Is there any way to separate my phone logs from my messages? Or an explanation why it would be doing this?

When you say you fixed the SMS and Call Logs problem, does that mean you performed the CrackBerry Memory Optimization Procedure that's linked in my sig? If you haven't yet, you need to. That's the best solution to the low memory problem.

To turn off the logging of calls, press the Green Phone key / Call Logging / None.
