    wonder if anyone can help, but i had a problem with the camera on my old blackberry 8130. Today i received a new one. I went onto the browser but now i dont have the GO TO icon to type in a web adress.... am i missing something. I never had this problem on my last 8130.
    I really dont want to have to go back to the store to get another phone.....
    please help me out..

    hmmm... Try a battery pull. (remove battery while device is ON, wait 5 secs and put it back it)

    Log into your carrier's BIS site and resend the service books. Afterwards, while the BB is on, take out the battery for a few seconds, then put it back in. Hopefully this will clear your problem.

    Try hitting the menu key when in browser and there should be a go to option. I do not have a go to icon on my pearl.

    I am having the same problem, I do not have a "go to" in the menu under the browser.

    What is a BIS site, and what a re Service Books?

    Try this... Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > BB Key > Register Now. Give it a few minutes and try the browser again.
