    I just got my pearl 8120 for T-mobile for Christmas and i turned off the mobile network and turned the wi-fi on. I then went and clicked on the browser and typed in a website. It said i needed a web2go(sm) plan. Why does the pearl need that but not the T-mobile Shadow or any other phone with wifi?

    go to Manage Connections --> Mobile Network Options --> Connections Preference should be Wi-Fi Perferred or Wi- Fi only (at least this helped me alot)

    I am also having a problem with my browser. Yesterday I tried to get on the internet via the browser button and it said "Your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries." Any ideas what this means? My browser icon disappeared as well.

    You need the the service books resent to your BB....

    Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I believe you need to call your carrier's tech support to have them resent.

    I know when you call 611 for T- mobile you can say Blackberry or PDA specialist to go right to the correct department...
