There are applications for Windows Mobile devices to do this and I'm wondering if this is possible on the Perl...
Basically you install the app, launch it and it starts recording video and streaming it to a website at the same time. Someone on the other end could then login to the website and see whatever you are recording live.
The only thing close to this that I use is the app from itookthisonmyphone.com. As soon as you stop recording, the video is uploaded to the site and anyone you give the album info to is able to view the video pretty much immediately.
