How come you cannot install blackberry themes from bplay to your blackberry via Desktop Manager? Is there any way to install them without having a data plan or access to the internet?

as far as i know i dont think there is, desktop managers the way i normally do it! how come they dont let you install it via desktop manager?

when i was browsing through the themes today, there was a small notice and it said you cannot install them via desktop manager. Where do you download your themes from?
