    I have a Pearl 9100 with OS 5.0. The problem is that my company does not support the Enterprise Messaging service on OS 5.0 hence I am unable to use it. Can anyone help help me in letting me know if I can dongrade the OS of this phone to a 4.6????

    There is no 4.6 for the 9100. The only OS for it currently is 5.0. What version of BES are they running that doesn't support 5.0? It must be ancient.
