Asking only 40 min later doesn't help, takes time for people to see this...

But if you don't have BBM installed on your phone go to your browser and go to bookmarks - under "Blackberry Bookmarks" folder there is "Home Page" will take you to mobile.blackberry.com.

You can download BBM as well as other IM clients

If i remember correctly you cant manually download Blackberry Messenger from OTA after Os 4.3.

You would have to download your Os and Use Device Manager to manually install it

If you delete anyone from your messenger your deleted from theirs also

Is it possible that the icon is hidden? In the applications screen, click the BB button and select "Show All", then look for the messenger program.

Another way to see if it's on your BB is to go into "Options", "Advanced Options", "Applications" and see if it's listed there...

If you don't have DM you will have to go to the blackberry site and download it, and also download the new OS when you do the update it should install BBM if it doesn't after the update you will have to go in manually and install BBM
