I've had my 8130 for about a month and still can't figure out why my bb goes into a "sleep" mode. If I don't touch my bb for an hour or so it turns off. All I have to do is push the power button and it comes on again, but I don't want it to go to "sleep" in the first place.

I have the auto on/off set for weeknights between 12.15pm and 7am, I am not sure if this has anything to do with it.

    Any help would be appreciated.

How much battery power do you have? I wonder if the battery is low, it tries to conserve power, similar to laptop power management?

Also, how much free memory do you have?

It's not sleep it's standby. You said the power button turns it on? what like the end key? or the mute Key? If mute turns it on your fine, standby is a battery saver but all of your radios are still on, essentially it's like a screen keyboard lock/powersave mode(like when they describe battery time talk time and standby time). If the end key turns it back on then I've got no idea what's wrong with it, call your CS department.
