Ok, so something really weird is happening. I got a new blackberry 8120 and whenever I call certain people through the address book, its adding 3 digits to the beginning of their number! Why would it be doing this?

Its not consistent, as in it doesn't do it to all my contacts, but it is consistent with the same people. I can dial the number manually and it will work fine, and if I look at the contact details the number is correct, but as soon as I hit "call" it dials the number as +861 then the phone number...

    What could this be?

    UPDATE - SOLVED:

It turns out that I had Smart Dialing on... Solution:

"Press the green button to go to the phone dialed
Click the menu key, select Options / Smart Dialing.

Make sure the country code is set properly. The code for North America is +1"
