Hi, I had a failed update on my phone which just left me with a white screen. I decided to wipe it using BBSAK The wipe was successful and left with with a 507 error when phoned turned on.
I downloaded a new operating system for it Vodafone 8100-v4.2.0.51_p2.2.0.32
I installed the new OS on computer and then used BBSAK to install it on the phone I get to the point where it says "The loading operation was successful" But wen the phone reboots I get an error message "App error 200"
I then reboot the phone for a second time and get "App error 523"
I have done this at least 4 times now and each time get the same error. Can anyone shed any light on this for me please.

From what you say, the process is right, so I can only imagine the issue is either the OS or the phone. Let's say it is the OS.

I suggest you download some other version of the OS and do the following:

• Use control pannel to remove the OS from the system;
• Download, install and run CCleaner;
• Download the different OS version and install it (BBSAK is fine);

HI, just thought I would come back and say it is know working. What I did was uninstall the up to date Blackberry desktop manager and install an older one version 4.6.0.13.
On my first attempt to install the OS using the older version it worked
The whole process took about 30 minutes tops.
