Ive just noticed a Symbol on my screen. What is it?
Its a square that appears next to the speaker symbol that is half black and half blue separated by a diagonal line down the middle.

it doesnt appear on the home screen it only pops up when i hit send to dial a number.

I found something online that said something about my Radio being on or my radio antenna is working? Do they mean Wi Fi?

This is an "Audio" program. If you click "L" while in a call it changes between 3 different settings, off, angle up and angle down. The different settings basically boost higher or lower frequencies.
