I have recently started to see a black and blue rectangle on my screen (8130) when placing a call and I cannot find out what it is. It appears on the right side beside the indicator of whether the speaker phone is on or off. The icon is a rectangle divided diagonally by 5 plus signs with the upper part black and the lower part blue. I thought at first it might be an indicator when calling another Blackberry but that sn't the case. Any help?? Thanks!
It is for audio enhacements while talking. If you press the Blackberry button while on a call, you will have an option to adjust audio enhancemtnents. They are (I think) bass boost, treble boost, and normal. Each setting will change what is inside of that rectangle.
