I have a question, hope its not too simple! Anyways, I have my BES set up on my phone, now I have folders within my work email account, for orginization purposes. Email that isnt filtered to a folder comes through just fine to my phone, email GOING into a folder, for some reason doesnt show up on my phone. Any ideas? I have 2 co-workers that have the same phone, but not the same issue, please assist.

In your desktop manager go to email settings, then under "Folder Redirection" pick "Select folders" and check off the folders you want forwarded.
