Hi all,
I originally bought the Pearl with my service provider with a BIS account. 2 weeks later I lost the phone so I purchased a secondhand one from overseas. The phone, I assume, had BES set up on it as browsing/email does not work for me. From what I've been reading I guess the PIN and IMEI was assigned to a specific company and I cannot use it as I am on a BIS plan.
Is it possible for me to use this phone with my old service?
I'm really new to using a Blackberry so I really have no idea what I should do. I've already tried calling my service provider and they can't help me. So please, if there's anyone that can help me, I'd appreciate it very much.
Oh.... I've also tried doing this IT policy removal thing and I might not be doing it right, but things still don't work, I'm not even sure if I was supposed to do it. But, oh well. Thanks again guys!
