I've had myBB since November and it worked perfectly, and it suddently stopped vibrating for no reason a few weeks ago. I've tried the soft reset, changing the profiles, but nothing changed.
Not really a fix since appears to be a hardware issue, the only fix would be to do an OS update and wipe handheld after backing up, if not check with your carrier to see if your under warranty
