I have an 8100 but I thought one of you might be able to help me too...

The last couple of times I've tried to sync my BB with my Desktop Manager it gives me this message...

function openmsgstorefailed

and will not sync. I have tried to get help through c/s but they have been no help, go figure. Any ideas for me?!?!?

Thanks...I've been a lurker for a while, and have been saved several times I decided I needed to go ahead and get an account so I could just ask, instead of trying to find it through others This question is actually for my sister that has the 8100, I have an 8110...thanks for the welcome...

What version of Desktop Manager are you running? I found this in the knowledge base for an older version of the DM.

Click RESET CONFIGURATION in the synchronize tool's CONFIGURATION tab.

You will have to set the sync preferences again...
