I recently ordered a refurb BB from Asurion for Sprint with insurance coverage, and it arrived today after 3 weeks. It seemed to work fine, and I was able to activate it with no problems, but when I started to text, my radio turned off on its own. I tried taking out the battery for several minutes, and then put it back in. The radio connected for a few moments, and then went off again. This continues to happen, and the phone is fully charged! Any advice?
