you have download the podcast to your computer then transfer it to the micro SD card.

You can transfer using the desktop manager or the Blackberry Video Converter.

You guys should check out itunes sync. It lets you sync your ipod playlists to your blackberry as if it was an ipod.

Do a google for iTunes sync from Binary Fortress Software

I got it to work for MP3s but am having problems getting my videocasts to work. If anyone has luck with videocasts, let me know.
