Help! I sent out a BB Messenger request to a friend and I got an email sent to my work Inbox from the BB Messenger that it looks like my WORK email sent it to him. I don't want any messages sent from my work email account because it's set for everyone in my department to read!!! How do I make it so any BB Messenger requests etc are sent from one of three other personal emails I have on my 8130? It's BIS btw from Sprint. Thank u!
I don't know if this will affect Messenger or not, but try Options / Advanced Options / Default Services / Messaging (CMIME): and select one of your other email accounts as your default before sending Messenger notices. You'll want to change it back as soon as you're done, because if you don't, you'll start sending work emails through your personal account and receiving the replies in the personal account instead of your work email. In that case, the cure may be worse than the problem you have now.
