How did you adjust to the 8220?

Myself, I went from a Pearl to a Curve. I'm familiar with the multitapping of keys but not sure I can go back to that.

I'm thinking of getting this 8220 until the Javelin comes out.

Confused. Qwerty is not multi tap and the pearl I had was suretype. I think I am missing the question here.

Sure. I switch between my curve and my pearl all the time. I like suretype, but some people hate it. It really depends on your own personal preference.

I had a Curve before this phone and an original Pearl before that. I was never a fan of SureType so I always used Multitap. The Curve was refreshing with the full keyboard. Now that I'm back to the multitap it took a few days, but I'm back texting to my regular speed. Still using Multitap also.
