It has just come to my attention over the past few weeks that I have not been receiving any SMS text messages. The phone is picking up those that are sent from the internet but nothing from another phone. I've tried the battery pull(multiple times) and cleared out the log, etc, but nothing seems to be working. Of course I have a support ticket in with Alltel, but I have yet to hear a reply. Any ideas? Thanks!
