I am considering getting one of the extended aftermarket batteries. I talk extensively with bluetooth and use alot of data and text. Has anyone purchased one of these and how much better is it?

I purchased one of the Seidio extended batteries for my Curve. I like to keep BT on all on the time. I could do that with the extended battery. It worked great for me. The only bummer is the "extended" size. Kinda makes it hard to find cases.

I've recently switched to the Bold and am considering buying the extended battery for it. The price is kinda steep. It's already hard to find non-oem cases for the Bold. Those are the two reasons I haven't already gotten one. However, I do like to keep BT on so I'll probably break down and get it.

I have extended batteries for both my curve and my 8800 and have had no problems with them.

dandoty: try a leather holster for an 8700 that should work for your curve if you have the extended battery with the larger battery door.
