So ever since i upgraded to SW V4.5 on my alltel pearl and my girlfriends pearl. the mute key will only work to put the phones into stand by mode for about a half of a day then it just stops. What gives??? once i take the battery out and restart it, its good to go for about another half a day. Anybody else have this problem?

I never had that problem when I had my pearl. Maybe you should reload the OS and see if that helps. Its strange because it is both of the phones.

This has happened to 4 out of my 6 Blackberry phones since February. I keep returning them to Verizon and getting a new one and it happens after a week. I am annoyed beyond belief. We shouldnt have to do a battery pull weekly for our Blackberry phones to function correctly!
