Hello Pearl users. I have a pearl flip 8220. I keep getting null exception software errors, and am trying to decide if I should switch to the pearl or the curve instead. IF you had to do it over again, would you still have your pearl?

Till the 9700 comes out, I love my Pearl. Sounds like you have either a corrupt OS, or 3rd party software issues with your Flip.

No 3rd party apps. Been through Rim and Tmo about this. Two replacement phones, Every OS released. Nothing fixed this.

That is nuts! I know people with flips, and I would personally find that unacceptable. Have they offered to switch it to a Jav?

I personally don't like flip-phones so, if I were in your position, I would obviously switch. Now I love my Pearl but if I had a choice, I would go with the Curve. They're basically the same phone but the curve (obviously) has a bigger screen and full qwerty keyboard.

That's just my .02, it really depends what you're looking for. Some people prefer the smaller phone.
