My boss recently had someone working on her phone and they wiped the phone completely clean. ALL settings we had were wiped and I had to redo them.
However, before, when she used to press a key, names would pull up from her address book (IE, if she hit "N", then all of her N's in her address book would pull up). It is not doing that now. She has to go IN her address book to find any contacts.
