Help! Somehow my address book deleted itself! I have tried copying my SIM address book (which is still there, thankfully), but it will go through the copy and then nothing is copied! All my SIM address book shows is phone numbers, not any of the other details like addresses etc. It tells me that I have no contacts in either personal or business. I don't know what I did!! Help!! Thank you so much

In regards to no addresses in the SIM phone book, the SIM card isn't capable of holding that info. The only thing it is able to hold from the address book is the name and one phone number for that name.
Have you tried pulling the battery while the phone is still turned on?
