I just got my phone yesterday. alls great, every application opens up no problem, but when i go to click on my address book, nothing happens, and phone freezes so i have to hit end call button to unfreeze it, then it works fine and opens other applications, but still no address book...can anyone help me!!?

Try a battery pull or press left alt right caps and the delete key at the same time.
