    Sometimes I hit the wrong item in the menu and save a message by accident. How do I get these out of my saved messages folder and back into my inbox?

    Or are these messages saved as a copy in the saved messages folder and still in my inbox? If so I'll just delete from SM.

    When in the inbox hit menu>view saved messages and delete them. They are just copys though.

    ... Or when in the messages inbox, just hit the V key this will open your saved messages, and as said prev you can just delete them from there...
