Hi. I have a new blackberry pearl 8130. I have taken several photos and made several sound recordings on the device. I DO NOT HAVE A MEDIA CARD. The files are stored on the BBs internal memory. How do I get these files off of the phone and onto my PC? Media Manager says to activate "mass storage mode", but the settings for that seem to be media card related, and I DO NOT HAVE A MEDIA CARD. Please help me get these files off of the phone. Thanks.
You can still use Media Manager. Just click OK when you get that message. On the bottom left you will see it say device memory and media card. You want to select device memory. From there you can browse the files on your phone.
