A co-worker has a 8230 flip, And the default message tone is some lame charlie chaplin song that sounds like a midi file, She said she has been through it with tech support and they could not figure it out either. Is there anything she can do to get it off, or atleast make it silent without having to leave it on vibrate all the time?
has this happend before? we work at a us cellular outlet and she said this is the third one she has seen like this.......
go to profiles, advanced, highlight the active profile, than go into what ever type of message that song alerts ie level 1 messages, change the actually tone to something other than what it is or select volume as mute.
