Just got my 8230 the other day. I have my Auto On/Off set, when it turns on in the morning and when I flip open the phone the screen is Locked. Why is that, and how can I disable the Lock feature after an Auto On?

Why does a flip phone even have a Lock feature, seems pointless.

Have you figured this out yet?
Do you have a password set?
If you have your phone locked to a password, you'll need to use that to unlock. Otherwise, hit * and the green phone ket together to unlock.

After that just go back to the options and undo autolock.

I actually autolocked my phone when I first set it up too. Doh.

I have not figured this out yet. No password is set.

Where is this AutoLock feature you speak of, I don't see it in my Options.

    Thanks for your reply.

    rd?
    1. Do you want to autoon/off feature to continue to work?
    2. Do you get a message when you open the phone?
    3. Did you try hitting the * and the green call button together to unlock your phone?
