Have had the flip for about a week and have been having a problem with picture messaging. I only get about 25% of the messages sent to me and if I send to or receive a pic from another Blackberry it doesn't work at all, including my phone. T-mobile says everything is fine on their end and I should visit a local retailer, the only reason I'll do this is to swap phones. Any help would be appreciated.
